4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Zest of 1 lemon

Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated. Add the lemon zest for a fresh flavor boost.
