Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup chocolate spread (like Nutella)

1 cup strawberry jam or fresh strawberries, sliced

1 cup vanilla pastry cream (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Whipped cream (for serving)

Fresh strawberries and bananas (for garnish)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

Prepare the Filling:

    - If using fresh strawberries, wash and slice them. If using jam, set it aside for later use.

      Assemble Quesadillas:

        - On one half of each flour tortilla, spread a generous layer of chocolate spread.

          - On the other half, layer the strawberry jam or sliced fresh strawberries.

            - Smooth out about 1/4 cup of vanilla pastry cream on top of the strawberry layer.

              - Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the cream for added texture and flavor.

                Fold and Cook:

                  - Carefully fold each tortilla in half to create a crescent shape.

                    - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown.

                      - Flip and cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes. The goal is to achieve a crispy exterior while heating the fillings.

                        Serve:

                          - Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges for easier handling.

                            - Plate the quesadilla wedges and dust with powdered sugar.

                              - Add a dollop of whipped cream on the side and garnish with fresh strawberries and banana slices.

                                Enjoy:

                                  - Serve warm and indulge in the delicious layers of flavor that capture the essence of Neapolitan cake in a fun, portable format!
