4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 lb asparagus, trimmed

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnishing

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and make sure they are evenly coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for maximum flavor.
