1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup baby arugula or spinach

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the sweetness or spiciness as desired.

    Warm the Tortillas: Heat each tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side, until they are warm and pliable. This will make rolling easier.
