1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

    Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed. Then, add the melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until a cohesive dough forms. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
