1 lb ground turkey

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced tomatoes (with or without green chilies)

1 packet taco seasoning

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: jalapeños, avocado slices for topping

Cook the Turkey: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

    Add the Seasoning: Stir in the taco seasoning and follow package instructions—typically adding a bit of water, then simmer for 2-3 minutes until well combined.

      Mix Ingredients: Add the black beans and diced tomatoes to the skillet, stirring until everything is heated through. Allow the mixture to simmer for another 2 minutes for flavors to meld. Remove from heat.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous portion of the turkey and chili mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

          Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap. Repeat the process for all tortillas.

            Cook the Wraps (Optional): For a crispy finish, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
