2 cups ripe watermelon, cubed and seeds removed

1 banana, preferably frozen for extra creaminess

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup coconut water (or regular water)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, based on sweetness preference)

1/2 teaspoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)

A pinch of salt

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Watermelon: Start by cutting the watermelon into manageable cubes, discarding any seeds. If you haven’t done so already, freeze the banana for at least a couple of hours before using to achieve a creamier texture.
