Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1/4 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen, thawed)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Additional raspberries and white chocolate shavings for topping

Instructions

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, a pinch of salt, and white chocolate chips. Stir well to ensure the white chocolate is evenly distributed.

Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth and well blended.

Combine Both Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and gently fold until all the oats are completely coated. Careful not to over-mix to keep the white chocolate chips intact.

Add Raspberries: Gently fold in half of the raspberries into the oat mixture, reserving the other half for topping.

Refrigerate: Transfer the mixture into a container or jar with a lid. Seal it and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the oats to soak and soften.

Serve: In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Portion into serving bowls or jars, and top with the remaining fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of white chocolate shavings for a premium touch. You can also drizzle extra honey or maple syrup on top for sweetness.

Enjoy: Dive into your delicious and nutritious White Chocolate Raspberry Overnight Oats, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack!
